Job Description

As a Catering Sales Manager you will work closely with existing accounts to maintain and strengthen the relationship as well as solicit new accounts. We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual to conduct  effective sales presentations to prospective clients, write contracts, as well as facilitate other client requests.  As the Catering Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall set up and performance of events.  You will also need to communicate with all other departments to ensure proper execution of clients needs.

Requirements

Knowledge of hotel operations

2/3 years of Sales Experience  

Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Highly Organized

Knowledge of Food & Beverage
