The Ideal Candidate for this Position

What You Will Be Doing

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Front Office by effectively leading and motivating associates, maintain departmental training/development and strict adherence to all brand and Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.This is not a Monday through Friday job, in fact, it requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and nights, but it is for you if you love people and have the right attitude!

Job Requirements

• Ideal candidate must have prior hotel front desk experience, supervisory experience preferred
• Detail oriented with emphasis on continuous process improvement
• Ability to work independently within a framework
• You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free
