Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Starbucks Barista at the Hartford Marriott and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you regarding this position. 

• Must be dependable.
• Actively working behind the counter at all stations
• Prepare all Food and Beverage orders in compliance with Starbucks standards.
• Must stock and replenish before, during, and after shift.
• Must provide outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Must complete daily checklists for cleaning + stocking, as well as weekly deep cleaning tasks. 

Requirements

Candidates must also have the following qualifications:

• Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment. 
• Prior Barista experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule weekdays, weekends and holidays. 
• You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free.
