Bellmen Overview:

As a Bellmen you are responsible for providing luggage handling and transportation service to hotel guests.  This will include greeting them, assisting with luggage, escorting them to their room while providing information and other guests needs. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. 
• Provide information about hotel, amenities and local information. 
• Answer guest inquiries and address their needs in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and valet parking.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell area.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and their belongings. 
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest service.
