Breakfast Cook Overview:

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food during breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.

Responsibilities include:

Set up, maintain, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our breakfast buffet.
Keep food and beverage items well-stocked, prepare coffee and juices, and ensure a visually appealing presentation.
Bus tables, clear and clean used dishes, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Maintain a clean and sanitized breakfast area.
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a positive and professional approach guests and fellow associates

Job Requirements:

A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Flexible working hours, weekends and holidays.

Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina.
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to follow instructions.
