Director of Sales & Marketing – Multi-Property (New Orleans, LA)
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales efforts across five distinctive boutique hotels in the heart of New Orleans. If you are a strategic sales leader with a passion for New Orleans hospitality and the ability to drive results across multiple properties, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
As the Multi-Property Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the overall sales strategy and execution for five hotels. You’ll collaborate closely with property teams, revenue management, and corporate leadership to maximize market share and profitability while upholding the unique charm and guest experience that define each property.
Lead proactive sales efforts and secure new accounts across transient, group, and corporate segments
Partner with revenue management to optimize rate strategy and inventory controls
Set and achieve individual and team booking goals, with a strong focus on business travel, extended stay, and leisure segments
Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns, packages, and local activations
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, tourism partners, and community stakeholders
Manage all sales operations including proposals, contracts, site visits, and client communications
Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust sales efforts accordingly
Represent the hotels in the local community and at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in hotel sales, preferably in a multi-property or boutique environment
Strong understanding of the New Orleans market and its unique demand drivers
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across teams
High level of organization, creativity, and strategic thinking
