Bartender Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team—someone who not only has a deep appreciation for the art of mixology, but also thrives in providing attentive, high-quality service across all aspects of food and beverage. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about crafting memorable guest experiences through innovative drink preparation, thoughtful food pairings, and warm, professional hospitality. In this dual role, you will support the full spectrum of food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and enjoyable experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Recommend and serve drinks while offering informed suggestions on food pairings.

• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, dietary restrictions, and restaurant or hotel functions.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

• Mix a wide variety of beverages with creativity and consistency, while adhering to recipes and standards.

• Assist in planning and developing seasonal or signature drink menus.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring presentation and accuracy meet expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar, service stations, and dining spaces.

• Set and clear tables efficiently; assist with restocking condiments, napkins, utensils, and other service items.

• Maintain a presentable food display and make timely additions or changes as needed.

• Perform limited food preparation tasks as required.

• Handle cash and electronic transactions with accuracy and ensure balanced cash drawers.

• Follow all federal, state, and local alcohol service regulations and hotel safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Demonstrate basic computer and POS system skills.

• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.
