Area Director of Sales & Marketing – Multi-Property (New Orleans, LA)
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Area Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator to support five of our boutique hotels in the New Orleans market. This unique role blends marketing, brand storytelling, and guest experience to ensure our hotels deliver memorable stays while maintaining a consistent and engaging presence across digital and on-property touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
Develop and execute property-level marketing initiatives in alignment with portfolio strategy.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, and e-blasts, highlighting property events, promotions, and unique guest experiences.
Partner with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to implement campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
Guest Experience & Engagement
Act as a brand ambassador to ensure each property delivers a best-in-class guest experience.
Partner with hotel leadership teams to support on-property activations, events, and guest programming.
Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
Support reputation management by monitoring online reviews and coordinating timely, professional responses.
Implement creative guest touchpoints that surprise and delight, fostering repeat visits and loyalty.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of marketing or guest experience coordination in hospitality or related industry.
Strong creativity with proficiency in design and digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple properties.
Social media savvy with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voice.
