Food & Beverage Supervisor – Courtyard by Marriott (Bistro)

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Courtyard Bistro, including breakfast service, evening bar service, and light food preparation. This role ensures exceptional guest service while assisting in leading and supporting the Bistro team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily operations of the Courtyard Bistro, including breakfast and evening service

• Lead by example by providing friendly, efficient service to all guests

• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring Bistro associates

• Ensure brand service standards and food safety guidelines are followed

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Courtyard Bistro standards

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, kitchen, and bar areas

• Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, and reconciling transactions

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and culinary support teams

• Support scheduling and work shifts alongside the team when needed

• Report maintenance issues or equipment concerns promptly

Job Requirements:

• Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.
