Dual Property Housekeeping Manager

Aloft & Element Arundel Mills – Hanover, MD

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Property Housekeeping Manager and are actively seeking a dynamic, service-driven leader to oversee housekeeping operations across the Aloft and Element Arundel Mills. This is a unique opportunity to lead two distinct Marriott-branded hotels, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, team engagement, and guest satisfaction.

Overview

As the Dual Property Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading all housekeeping and laundry operations across both properties. You will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and developing a high-performing team, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for both Aloft and Element hotels
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott brand cleanliness and presentation standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop housekeeping team members across both properties
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost controls to achieve budgeted goals
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and brand requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment (dual-property experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Marriott brand standards preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across two properties in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
