We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Four Points by Sheraton Newton. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in hotel sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Catering team by providing administrative and operational assistance. Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and responding to sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinating meetings, catering bookings, and group sales support
• Assisting with marketing and advertising initiatives
• Preparing sales kits, proposals, and contracts
• Distributing leads and inquiries to the sales team
• Maintaining organized filing systems and sales documentation
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and special projects

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
• Experience with Lightspeed and Delphi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with a diverse team and clientele
• Professional, positive demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Availability for business hours with flexibility based on operational needs and flexibility for some weekends
• Previous hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
