Position Overview:
As a PM Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dinner service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role focuses on à la carte dinner service, ensuring all dishes are prepared to quality standards while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items for dinner service according to recipes and standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station for service
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and inventory as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members during service
• Assist with closing duties and proper storage of food items

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high performance standards
• Must be able to pass a background check
