Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Edgewood Restaurant & Bar at Hutton Brickyards, a unique outdoor, open-air dining concept set against a stunning natural backdrop.

This is a seasonal salaried position, with an anticipated end date in November.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fully outdoor, covered dining environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, seasonal setting and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, outdoor restaurant and bar
• Ensure exceptional service standards in an open-air, weather-aware environment
• Drive guest satisfaction through quality food, beverage, and service execution
• Manage staffing levels to meet business demands and financial goals
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong, guest-focused team
• Create and execute seasonal promotions and assist with menu development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation standards, and all regulations
• Maintain full knowledge and enforcement of liquor laws and responsible service
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4–6 years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume seasonal environment
• Experience managing outdoor or seasonal dining operations strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a weather-dependent, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, guest-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
