Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and guest-focused Morning Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. As the face of our Bistro during morning service, you will help guests start their day with exceptional hospitality and a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude during breakfast and morning service
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, specialty drinks, and breakfast food items
• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, hotel amenities, and local information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Bistro and dining area throughout the shift
• Complete opening duties to ensure the Bistro is prepared for daily service
• Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction during breakfast hours
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient and smooth morning operations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
• Assist with light prep, stocking, and side work as needed

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced morning environment
• Dependable with excellent time management and punctuality
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability with ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Previous food service, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check
