Hotel Gettysburg is looking for a dependable and energetic PM Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, our hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, a strong team environment, and opportunities for growth within Waterford Hotel Group.

If you have restaurant, hotel, banquet, or food service experience and enjoy working in a high-energy kitchen, we would love to meet you!

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock cooking stations for dinner service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work efficiently during busy dinner and banquet periods
• Assist with prep work, plating, and kitchen organization
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team and front of house staff

• Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
