Part-Time Sales Coordinator
Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton
20–24 Hours Per Week

The Ideal Candidate for this Position

Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton is currently seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within the hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

What You Will Be Doing

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Department through a variety of administrative and organizational responsibilities, including:

• Assisting with day-to-day sales office operations
• Answering phones and responding to guest and client inquiries
• Coordinating marketing and advertising projects
• Assisting with sales lead management and client follow-up
• Distributing incoming sales inquiries to the Sales Team
• Creating sales kits and promotional materials
• Maintaining files, reports, and sales documentation
• Assisting with additional projects and duties as assigned

This part-time role is expected to work approximately 20–24 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

Job Requirements

Ideal Experience & Personal Profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented demeanor
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment and communicating with individuals from various backgrounds
• Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners
• Availability during normal business hours with occasional flexibility based on hotel business demands
• Previous hotel and/or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
