We are looking for an outgoing, guest-focused Evening Bistro Attendant to join our Courtyard by Marriott team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in our Bistro.

Previous bartending experience is required.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Prepare Bistro food items according to brand standards.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding menu and beverage selections.
• Process guest checks, credit cards, and payments accurately.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Bistro and bar area.
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
