Operations Supervisor Overview:
The right candidate will have experience leading a team to high Guest Satisfaction scores. The Operations Supervisor of this property is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, including training, development, scheduling and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.
