Two Trees Inn – Grand Reopening!

Two Trees Inn at Foxwoods is preparing to reopen on May 1st, and we are excited to build an incredible team to bring this property back to life.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a reopening team and help shape the guest experience from day one. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, we would love to meet you.

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly hospitality professionals to join our team as Breakfast Servers. Prior face-to-face customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and passion for guest service are most important. This role requires a polished, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming start to each guest’s day.

Morning availability and scheduling flexibility are required.

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming breakfast experience

• Connect with guests, understand their needs, and make menu recommendations when appropriate

• Answer questions about breakfast offerings, beverages, and other hotel amenities and services

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system

• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation

• Perform opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area throughout the shift

• Ensure guests are satisfied with their food, beverage, and overall service experience

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns

• Prepare and present checks, process payments, and handle transactions accurately (if applicable)

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed to support the team and ensure an exceptional guest experience
