Revenue Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our team in New Orleans. We are seeking a strategic and analytical hospitality professional with boutique hotel experience who understands the unique dynamics of lifestyle properties and the New Orleans market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment and is passionate about driving revenue performance while maintaining the individuality and guest experience that boutique hotels are known for.

Overview

As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and market analysis. You will partner closely with property leadership and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that align with each hotel’s positioning and overall business goals. In this role, you will oversee revenue strategy across a curated portfolio of 11 boutique hotels in New Orleans, each offering its own unique character and guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across all segments
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance within the New Orleans market
• Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution across all channels (OTA, direct, GDS, etc.)
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide actionable insights to property leadership
• Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, and pace reports
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies and drive total hotel revenue
• Identify opportunities for group displacement, segmentation shifts, and promotional strategies
• Monitor and adjust strategies based on seasonality, events, and citywide demand in New Orleans
• Ensure rate integrity and compliance across all booking platforms
• Leverage revenue management systems and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role within a boutique or lifestyle hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of the New Orleans market preferred
• Deep understanding of revenue management principles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies
• Experience with revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and channel managers
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and influence decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to pass a background check.
