Position Overview

The Starbucks Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Starbucks standards. This role assists with supervising team members, maintaining product quality, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and shift execution
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Supervise and support café team members
• Assist with staff training and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks standards and food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product quality standards
• Interact with guests and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly
• Support a positive and team-focused work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
