Dual Guest Services Manager
Hotel Mazarin & Hotel Le Marais | New Orleans, LA

Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences? Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Dual Guest Services Manager to oversee front office operations at Hotel Mazarin and Hotel Le Marais, two distinctive boutique hotels in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter.

In this role, you will provide leadership and support to both front office teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with brand and company standards. You'll coach and develop associates, resolve guest concerns with professionalism, and work closely with hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and operational performance.

• Lead the daily front office operations for both Hotel Mazarin and Hotel Le Marais.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front desk associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure outstanding guest service by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, brand standards, and financial controls.
• Monitor front office performance, productivity, and service metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional guest experience.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hotel front office supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
